The Story

I've travelled a lot. Early flights, late departures, city-centre parking at eye-watering prices — I know firsthand what it feels like to land somewhere exhausted and spend the morning hovering outside a property waiting for 3pm check-in. Or to scramble for a car park because the host either doesn't have a spot or it never came up.

When I got into hosting, I recognised the same friction from the other side. I hated the awkward dance of messaging guests to ask for pet fees or negotiating late checkouts. And I could tell guests felt just as uncomfortable bringing it up.

I realized that "polite" guests often want these upgrades but feel annoying asking for them. And I felt annoying trying to sell them.

I built the tool I needed: a beautiful, professional interface that presents these options as premium services, not awkward favors. The result? The social friction disappeared, and the revenue appeared.
